B2C Ordering - If you are a private customer: 

Given the fact that we offer thousands of Paint by Number themes, most of customer orders have to be produced after the payments are made. Production time normally takes 1-4 working days and the products will be shipped out of our German fulfillment center when ready. Shipment time for customers in Germany takes 1-3 days, and for European customers takes about xxx days. We however do offer express service, please contact us if you need us to prioritize your order. 

Personalized Paint by Numbers will take a longer production time. We will inform you about the actual production time needed after reviewing your photos.
